If you struggle with always wanting to organize your photos, documents, and essays - I have a solution for you.
Change how you use technology. I completely mastered technology and google drive. Clouds like icloud and google’s version of that enhanced my life tenfold.
I no longer needed to worry about saving information in my mind or on a computer.

You can go directly to these categories and uncover all incidents with a similar charge to heal all of them at once. Warning: you may only want to open these compartments with a certified healer or therapist.
I hacked this when I was in college. I had too much trauma to sit with every incident.
I would sit in the library and type philosophy until I reached the pressure point and then I would go to the gym.
That’s really all I do for mental organization and it works for me. I still operate exactly the same way and it saves me a load of time and energy.
